The new Gen-Eye SDW video inspection & location system has
WiFi inside. The WiFi transmitter inside the Command Module
sends video to your Smartphone or tablet. A free App lets you
easily view and record video inspections at a range of up to 300
to 500 feet. The older SDN systems can be upgraded with the
WiFi feature as well.
- The Gen-Eye SDW, a beefed up version of the popular
Gen-Eye SD, incorporates a number of enhancements to make
inspection easier:
• Larger 10.4" LCD color monitor
• Built-in waterproof keyboard
• Integral SD recorder
• WiFi transmitter that sends video to a Smartphone or tablet.
• All in a new, heavy-duty Pelican case.
Weighing just 12 lbs., the versatile,
rugged Gen-Eye SDW offers all the features
of full-size video inspection systems in a
compact, lightweight package. Use the docking
arm to mount it on a full size reel to
trouble-shoot 3" to 10" lines – or on a
mini-reel for 2" to 4" lines.
The SD Card Reader stores video or still
images – a one GB card records approximately
two hours of video. The generous 10.4"
LCD color monitor provides crisp, clear pictures. And the fullsize,
waterproof keyboard permits nine pages of on-screen titling
in wet environments.
The Gen-Eye SDW also sports a built-in voice-over microphone
with switch, LED dimmer control, camera test port, video
and audio out connections for external recording devices, and AC
and DC power cords. It's all housed in a heavy-duty Pelican case
to protect your investment.

• Big Capacity Reels
The standard reel holds 200 ft., 300 ft., or 400 ft. of push rod on a
sturdy frame and takes up little space in your truck. Eight inch
wheels ensure easy transport to and from the job. The mini reel
carries 100 ft. or 200 ft. of push rod in a compact frame for easy
handling without taking up too much room in your truck.
• Advanced Skid designs
Skids keep the camera centered in the pipe for a better view, while
reducing drag on longer runs. Standard systems include both 2", 3"
and 6" trap skids that protect the camera from abrasion as it slides
through cast iron traps. Optional 3-in-1 skid set for 4", 6" and 8"
lines, and Universal Roller Skid for 6" to 12" lines are also available.
